The Dow Chemical Co., Midland, MI, announced the introduction of a group of polymers designed to combine the adhesion and durability properties of epoxies with the flexibility of thermoplastics. The BLOX resins are targeted for applications in plastics, powder coatings, other coatings, and adhesives. Uses as adhesion promoters and polymer additives are also anticipated, the company said.
