Clariant AG, Sulzbach, Germany, announced the start of production at a wax micronizing plant at the company's Gersthofen, Germany, complex. The facility is designed to produce micronized Ceridust waxes characterized by particle sizes of 4-13µm, the company said. The waxes provide improved surface properties in coatings, printing ink, sealants and other products, the company said.
