Carlisle Coatings & Waterproofing Inc., Sapulpa, OK, has begun construction of a new office and manufacturing facility in Wylie, TX. The 106,000-square-foot facility will produce polyurethane deck-coatings products, sealants used in the waterproofing of commercial construction projects, and duct tapes, sealers, and adhesives used in HVAC applications. The facility, scheduled for completion in November, will consolidate finance, sales and marketing, customer-service, and research and development operations in one site. Those operations are currently located at sites in Sapulpa, Wylie, and Fontana, CA. The company's rubberized asphalt manufacturing plant will continue to operate in Sapulpa.
