VANTAA, Finland - Alcro-Beckers AB, part of the Finnish Tikkurila that is responsible for the Kemira Group's paint business, has agreed to sell its plant site located near the center of Stockholm to Skanska. The preliminary price has been set at €36.3 million. The final price will be confirmed after a new town plan for the area has been approved. Skanska plans to build apartments and commercial facilities in the area.
