CPSCOLOR B.V. said it has entered into a business alliance with Rohm and Haas.

CPSCOLOR B.V., Sittard, The Netherlands, said it has entered into a business alliance with Rohm and Haas Co., Philadelphia, involving the sharing of “mutual expertise” in the international coatings market. CPSCOLOR said the alliance includes “all the business fields where our joint know-how and combined resources can and will create more added value for our customers.” CPSCOLOR’s products and technologies include colorants, dispensing and mixing equipment, software, and color-communication systems. Rohm and Haas is a producer of coatings and specialty chemicals.
