The Sherwin-Williams Co., Cleveland, said its Chicago emulsion plant was designated a "Star" site by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration¿s Voluntary Protection Program. The program recognizes U.S. facilities that have designed and implemented outstanding health and safety practices. The plant manufactures water-based architectural coatings and employs more than 150 people.
