CHICAGO - Sovereign Specialty Chemicals L.P., the parent company of Sovereign Specialty Chemicals Inc., has completed the sale of 75% of its 100% ownership of Sovereign Specialty Chemicals to an investor group led by AEA Investors Inc. Sovereign Specialty Chemicals, launched in 1996, is a manufacturer of adhesives, sealants and coatings.
