Color Resolutions International, a new company led by senior managers of the printing-ink business of Borden Chemical, has completed the acquisition of the business.

CINCINNATI — Color Resolutions International LLC, a new company led by senior managers of the printing-ink business of Borden Chemical Inc., has completed the acquisition of the business. George T. Sickinger, who headed the business for Borden Chemical, is president and CEO of Color Resolutions.

The new company said it is the second-largest producer of water-based ink for the corrugated market in the country, and also supplies UV-cure ink for plastic containers and specialty products for folding cartons and labels.
