HEERLEN, The Netherlands - DSM Industrial Resins & Compounds announced an agreement to sell its compounds business to Menzolit-Fibron GmbH, Bretten, Germany, a part of the Dynamit Nobel group. DSM, based in The Netherlands, said the sale reflects a focus on the Industrial Resins & Compounds unit's core business of unsaturated polyester resins.
