VANCOUVER, British Columbia - Napier International Technologies Inc. has acquired Bio-Wash Products (Canada) Inc., a manufacturer of waterborne wood coatings and paint, and wood-stain strippers.
Napier Technologies, based in Vancouver, said the acquisition will boost its presence in the chemical refinishing industry while bringing the company into the coatings-manufacturing field.
