Dexter Adhesive & Coatings Systems, Waukegan, IL, is expanding its coatings-manufacturing facility in Brownsville, TX, in a project that will increase manufacturing and warehouse capacity by more than 100%. The expansion, which was scheduled for completion by the end of March, also includes the replacement or upgrade of nearly all the manufacturing equipment in the facility, the company said. The plant began operation in 1994.
