This company announces that it has started beta testing of its new semi-automatic surface tensiometer. The ST-PLUS tensiometer offers microprocessor-based measurement using the Wilhelmy or DuNouy Ring methods. It can be used for evaluating liquid surface tension in studying liquid solubility, coating, wetting, bubbling, and permeability. It can also be used to study how liquid surfaces behave or to take measurements applicable to QC studies.
