CINCINNATI, Ohio - The ChemQuest Group, Inc., and ChemInvest GmbH, Walldorf, Germany, have established a marketing alliance of their two consulting practices. The alliance will combine ChemQuest Group's knowledge of the paint and coatings industries with ChemInvest's knowledge of strategic transaction needs of global businesses in the chemical industry and related sectors (e.g., plastics, paints and packaging, and equipment manufacturers). Through the alliance, both parties will provide strategic merger, acquisition, and disposal and related corporate finance services on a worldwide base.
