The facility will serve the Latvian metal- and wood-working industry. Tikkurila Coatings, a unit of the Kemira Group, operates production facilities in Finland, the UK, The Netherlands, and Poland. Sales units operate in Sweden, Ireland, Hungary, Estonia, and Russia, with distributors in 18 European countries.
