Steve Balmer, president and COO of I.C.T.C. Holdings Corp., parent company to HERO, Milan, Italy, has announced the hiring of Angelo Capi as managing director, Europe. Dainippon Ink & Chemicals (DIC), Sun Chemical Corp.'s ultimate parent, has elected Naoki Tsuji and Kazuo Kudo to the board of Sun Chemical Corp. In addition, Tsuji will become vice chairman of the board. Tsuji's current position is president, DIC Logistics, and Kudo's current position is general manager, Corporate Strategic Planning.
Wes Lucas has resigned from his position of president and CEO of Sun Chemical, but will remain as chairman of the board. DIC has appointed David Hill as CEO and president of Sun Chemical Corp., succeeding Lucas. Hill will also join the board of Sun Chemical Corp.
