NORTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. - National Paint Industries has purchased the Wilson Imperial Company of Newark, N.J., a manufacturer of specialty paint products since 1928. Wilson's products include surface preps, cleaners, paint additives and paint removers. The purchase adds an established brand of products with distributors and dealers throughout the United States and will help leverage National Paint's existing products into this new distribution channel. Wilson Imperial's products will now be available to National's existing distributors and dealers as well.
