STONY POINT, NY - INSL-x Products Corp. announced an agreement to acquire Wattyl Ltd.'s Coronado Paint Co. Inc. and Lenmar Inc. coatings units, as Australia-based Wattyl moved to sell its remaining U.S. coatings businesses. Terms were not disclosed.

Coronado, based in Edgewater, FL, is a producer of architectural coatings. Lenmar, based in Baltimore, is a manufacturer of lacquers and polyurethane coatings. Wattyl, headquartered in Sydney, said the sale is part of a plan to focus on its core market in Australia and New Zealand.

Wattyl in the last several years divested its other U.S. coatings businesses, including Wasser High-Tech Coatings and a 20-store retail paint operation in the southeastern United States.
