Dover Chemical Corp. has appointed Jack Teat to Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing and Chuck Fletcher to Vice President, Commercial Development. Teat will manage the sales and marketing of all Dover Chemical products. Besides his current responsibilities, Fletcher will focus on long-range strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and major customer activities.
