Lubrizol Acquires RPM's Alox Additives Unit
The Lubrizol has acquired RPM Inc.’s Alox metalworking additive business.
CLEVELAND — The Lubrizol Corp. has acquired RPM Inc.’s Alox metalworking additive business, a supplier of anticorrosion additives for metalworking products with annual sales of approximately $20 million.
CLEVELAND — The Lubrizol Corp. has acquired RPM Inc.’s Alox metalworking additive business, a supplier of anticorrosion additives for metalworking products with annual sales of approximately $20 million.
Under the acquisition agreement, Lubrizol purchased all commercial assets and some production assets of the Alox business. Production will be relocated to Lubrizol’s Painesville, OH, plant, Lubrizol said.
