Mozel Inc., St. Louis, has begun construction of a new, $10-million corporate office, warehouse and plant facility in Columbia, IL, a St. Louis suburb. The 190,000-square-foot building, expected to be completed by early 2002, will allow the company to consolidate operations currently housed at its current headquarters and a warehouse in St. Louis. Mozel said the new facility will provide a 20% expansion in its total square footage. Mozel is a chemical distributor to the coatings and other industries.
