Ferro marked the opening of a new electronic materials facility.

Ferro Corp., Cleveland, marked the opening of a new electronic materials facility in Vista, CA, with an open house attended by customers, industry media and local officials. The plant features 100,000 square feet of space for R&D, manufacturing and testing operations for materials and technical processes for the electronics industry. The site employs 100 people and produces multi-layer ceramic components, low-temperature co-fire ceramics, binders, electrodes, and terminations used in electronic applications.
