McWhorter Technologies Inc., Carpentersville, IL, announced a 15% increase in manufacturing capacity for latex polymers at its Columbus, GA, facility. The plant produces vinyl acrylic, acrylic and styrene acrylic latex polymers for coatings. The company also has shifted production of solution acrylic resins to the Columbus facility. The production includes thermoset and thermoplastic acrylic resins.
