A new system for material supply from tote or bulk tanks allows uninterrupted operations eliminating down time. Tote tanks are shipping containers that normally hold from four to five drums in a returnable and reusable container. The system uses two totes stacked above each other in a uniquely designed frame. Users draw material continuously from the lower tote while the upper tote replenishes it either manually or automatically. When the upper tote tank goes empty, users replace only the empty container while the system continues to operate on the lower tote tank.
