Prior to joining ECKART, Mr. Archer worked for Millennium Chemicals (formerly SCM Chemicals) and the Glidden Pigments Group in Dallas.

Prior to SCM Chemicals, Mr. Archer worked for American Cyanamid's Pigments, Textile and Intermediate Chemicals in Dallas and the Plastics Additives Department in Houston.
