Shamrock Technologies Inc., Dayton, NJ, announced the start of construction of a new European headquarters facility in Tongeren, Belgium, with completion of the first of two 53,000-square-foot buildings scheduled for February 2001. The complex will house corporate offices, manufacturing facilities and laboratories. Shamrock, based in Dayton, NJ, is a supplier of micronized powders, dispersions, emulsions and compounds.
