BEDFORD PARK, IL - Chemcentral Corp. has completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Southwest Solvents & Chemicals, a distributor of chemicals with facilities in Texas and Los Angeles. Chemcentral, a major chemical distributor, said the purchase expands its market position in the southwestern United States and provides a broader offering of organic and inorganic commodity and specialty products.

Southwest Solvents & Chemicals operates facilities in Houston, Dallas, Beaumont and Corpus Christi, TX, and Los Angeles.
