Milliken Chemical and Industrial Specialties has acquired DuPont Co.’s ZELEC Electroconductive Powder business.
SPARTANBURG, SC — Milliken Chemical and Industrial Specialties, a division of Milliken & Co., has acquired DuPont Co.’s ZELEC Electroconductive Powder business, a supplier of products used in the electronics, transportation, medical-equipment, and packaging industries. The products are used in coatings and plastics for those markets, Milliken said.
