The polyester and alkyd resins plant, located in Tikkurila’s manufacturing complex, will be transferred to Tikkurila Services Oy, a unit of the parent company.
Tikkurila is part of the Kemira Group, based in Finland.
Tikkurila Completes Eastman Plant Purchase
HELSINKI — Tikkurila Oy and Eastman Chemical Co. said they finalized negotiations for Tikkurila’s acquisition of Eastman’s resins plant in Vantaa, Finland.
