HELSINKI - CPS Color, a major supplier of tint systems, announced an agreement to acquire COROB Group, a manufacturer of automatic tinting equipment, from Swisslog AG. Terms of the transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals, were not announced. COROB's product line includes dispensers, mixers and shakers, spectrophotometers, and software.

CPS Color, which is controlled by the Industri Kapital 2000 Fund, is a supplier of colorants, dispensing and mixing equipment, software, color-communication programs, and consulting services.
