SOUTHERN PINES, NC - PGPHILLIPS & Associates Inc. has acquired The CHEMARK Consulting Group, Cincinnati, a consulting firm focusing on the coatings and related industries.

PGPHILLIPS President Phil Phillips also said his company will adopt the CHEMARK Consulting Group name, effective Jan. 1. Howard Ellerhorst, who founded CHEMARK in 1975, will become a member of the merged business's advisory board, Phillips said.
