CHEVY CHASE, MD - David A. Diehl, PPG Industries Inc., began a two-year term as president of RadTech International North America, the organization announced. Diehl is senior scientist, Corporate Technology Initiatives, at PPG, and has previously held various research and development and business-development positions with the company.

David Harbourne, Fusion UV, was nominated as president elect. Re-elected to serve two-year terms on the organization's board of directors were Jeffrey Ross, Armstrong Industries; Petra L'Abbe, PPG; and Michael Rose, Sartomer Co. New board members are Bill Bayer, UCB; Gregory Ellis, UV Systems; Edward Maguire, Energy Sciences Inc.; and Jason Hart, Stochem.
