ST. LOUIS -- Fluid Enterprises, a subsidiary of St. Louis-based Harbour Group Ltd., has acquired JASCO Chemical Corp., a manufacturer of paint removers and surface-preparation products based in Santa Ana, CA. Terms were not disclosed.

JASCO, founded in 1947, manufactures paint removers and strippers, wood refinishers and preservatives, adhesive removers, and masonry and concrete preparation products and sealers. The products are sold through retail home centers, mass merchandisers, and hardware and specialty stores.

Harbour Group’s Fluid Enterprises group includes companies that produce a variety of specialty consumer and contractor products. Harbour Group is a privately held company with subsidiaries that manufacture a range of industrial products.
