HIGHTSTOWN, NJ - Elementis plc completed the acquisition of Sasol Servo B.V. (Servo), a Netherlands-based specialty chemical manufacturer and a supplier of coatings additives. Terms were not disclosed.

Elementis said it would integrate the Servo business into the existing business portfolio of rheology- and surface-chemical additives of the company's Elementis Specialties business.

Servo's product line includes dispersants and defoamers, primarily for decorative coatings. Elementis said its Elementis Pigments business will assume management of sales activities for Servo's NUODEX driers and EXKIN antiskinning agents.
