The L-Series high-shear in-line mixer for emulsions, dispersions and fine suspensions provides continuous, homogeneous output down to 1 micron and eliminates the need for tanks. Featuring a mixing head with 1 to 12 shear-action zones consisting of high-speed rotors and stators that can produce shear rates of 200,000 per second each, this modular design facilitates scale-up from laboratory to production requirements. It is capable of handling samples from batches as small as 85 ml, and is available with two mixing head sizes, depending upon the residence time necessary. Call 978/927.2179.
