BLUE BELL, PA — The Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology and Inpra Latina magazine announced plans for ANDINA Paint 2000, a coatings Conference & Expo for the Andean Region scheduled for Feb. 16-17, 2000, in Valencia, Venezuela.
