DELAVAN, WI - Bran+Luebbe, Lightnin and Waukesha Cherry-Burrell have merged to create a new company, SPX Process Equipment, a supplier of process equipment and systems based in Delavan, WI.

The merged company offers a range of pumps, mixers, valves, fittings, mills, heat exchangers and other process systems. Don Canterna was named president of the new business.

Bran+Luebbe, Norderstedt, Germany, is a manufacturer of precision metering pumps. Lightnin, Rochester, NY, is a supplier of mixers and impellers, and is part of a group of companies that includes Premier Mill. Waukesha Cherry-Burrell, Delavan, WI, is a supplier of industrial pumps, valves, fittings, dispersion equipment, and process systems.
