FENTON, MO - Trilla-Nesco Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Trilla Steel Drum Corp. of Chicago and Nesco Container Corp. of Fenton, MO, announced an agreement in which Nesco will transfer its assets to Trilla-Nesco in lieu of a foreclosure. Following the transfer, Trilla-Nesco will operate a new business not connected to or affiliated with Nesco, Trilla-Nesco said.

Trilla-Nesco said it will continue to manufacture 55-gallon steel drums at the Fenton, MO facility formerly operated by Nesco Container.
