The Netherlands. IISB, a wholly owned subsidiary of public-listed Inchem Holdings International Ltd. (Singapore), produces a range of solventborne, solvent-free (UV) and waterborne wood coatings, as well as surface coatings for other substrates such as metal, concrete, paper and leather.
