TROY, Mich. - On page 12 of the December 2004 issue, PCI reported that five Mid-Atlantic States and the District of Columbia, all members of the Ozone Transport Commission (OTC), had finalized stringent new VOC regulations on architectural and industrial maintenance coatings. The regulations were scheduled to go into effect Jan. 1. The new VOC limit for primers and under coaters is 200 g/L and not 250 g/L as reported in December.
