National Starch and Chemical has formed a Construction Products Business Unit within its Specialty Synthetic Polymers Division.

National Starch and Chemical Co., Bridgewater, NJ, a part of the ICI Group, has formed a Construction Products Business Unit within its Specialty Synthetic Polymers Division. The business, which will include all products for the construction industry produced by the division, will provide an “enhanced focus” on customers in the construction industry, the company said. The business’s product mix will include emulsion polymers, redispersible polymers, redispersible powder polymers, rheology modifiers, plasticizers and coatings emulsions.
