ZWOLLE, The Netherlands - DSM Coating Resins has expanded capacity for polyester powder-coating resins at its production plant in Santa Margarida, Spain.

Dimitri de Vreeze, business unit director of DSM Coating Resins, said, "The expansion is necessary to keep up with our continuous efforts on innovation and therefore maintain DSM's leadership position in polyester powder-coating resins. This expansion comes in addition to the other recently announced capacity expansions for the same type of resins at both our production sites in Asia. It reconfirms DSM's strong commitment to the coating-resins industry."
