MIDDLEBORO, Mass. - Brookfield Engineering Laboratories has been awarded a gold medal for the Northeast SHINGO Prize. The SHINGO Prize was established in 1988 to promote awareness of Lean Manufacturing concepts and recognize companies in the United States, Canada and Mexico that achieve world-class manufacturing status. SHINGO Awards are presented to companies in North America. The Northeast SHINGO Prize was established this year to promote SHINGO concepts and recognize business excellence in the Northeast United States.
