Songwon Industrial Co., Ltd. announced the completion of a planned CFO succession, effective April 1, 2025. Hans-Peter Wüest, who served as CFO for 14 years and spent 19 years with the company, has stepped down from his executive role. He will remain involved with the organization as a member of Songwon’s board of directors.

Johannes Honegger, who joined Songwon in 2013 and has played a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, has been appointed as the new CFO and member of the Executive Committee. He will report directly to the group CEO.

The company noted that Honegger’s deep familiarity with Songwon’s operations will support a smooth transition and help maintain strategic continuity.
