PPG Board Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of PPG declared a regular quarterly dividend of 68 cents per share, payable June 12 to shareholders of record May 12.
This marks the company’s 507th consecutive dividend payment. PPG has increased its annual dividend for 53 consecutive years and has paid uninterrupted annual dividends since 1899.
