Hempel announced the launch of its first podcast, Beyond the Horizon, aimed at fostering dialogue and inspiring action on key industry topics. Season 1, available starting March 31, focuses on advancing diversity in the maritime sector and features conversations with leaders from Hafnia, Cargill Ocean Transportation, Copenhagen Business School, Hempel and The Global Maritime Forum.

“As a key partner to the maritime sector, we have a responsibility to contribute to its long-term sustainability—not only environmentally, but also socially,” said Alexander Enström, executive vice president and head of marine at Hempel.

The five-episode series examines how companies can build inclusive environments both at sea and onshore. Topics include industry collaboration, leadership accountability, and strategies to attract future talent.
