ACA Announces Inaugural World Paint and Coatings Week

The American Coatings Association (ACA), in coordination with the World Coatings Council, announced the launch of World Paint and Coatings Week, taking place March 24-28, 2025. This global initiative highlights the coatings industry’s contributions to society and the economy.
Throughout the week, ACA and industry partners will share content across social media, focusing on daily themes:
- March 24: Coatings are Essential
- March 25: Coatings are Sustainable and Serve Countless Industries
- March 26: The Coatings Industry’s Economic Contributions
- March 27: Coatings are Powered by Science
- March 28: The Coatings Industry Offers Diverse Career Opportunities
“Coatings protect, preserve, and enhance nearly everything we use in our daily lives,” said Mike Johnson, ACA president and CEO. “This initiative showcases the industry’s critical role across applications, from automotive and aerospace to medical and food packaging.”
