Key updates include:

• Enhanced sustainability reporting aligning with ESRS, GRI, and Swiss regulations.
• Operational and innovation highlights, including AI integration and emissions reduction efforts.
• Leadership transition, as Chairman Günter von Au prepares to step down, with Ben van Beurden proposed as his successor.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 1, 2025, will feature a presentation of the report.
