The HS series floor-mounted high-speed dispersers are designed for mixing viscous materials in production batches of up to 200 gallons. These dispersers feature a mechanical pulley control or a variable frequency drive to adjust the speed, as well as motors ranging from 5 to 20 HP. The mixers are equipped with a 316 stainless steel shaft and a 304SS dispersion blade, with the blade size determined by the motor HP. The dispersers also feature a pneumatic cylinder lift mechanism for easy batch changeover. The HS series is available with a variety of motor options, including TEFC and EP motors. An optional digital tachometer is also available.
