DKSH announced it has closed the acquisition of CLMO Technology Sdn Bhd (CLMO), a technology solutions provider operating in Malaysia and Vietnam.
CLMO, an ISO 17025-certified calibration and test laboratory service provider, serves clients in the semiconductor, automotive, oil and gas industries, as well as academia and research institutions. The company offers a comprehensive range of services, including pre-sales consulting, equipment sales and customization, installation and commissioning, service training, technical support, maintenance, and calibration.
Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, CLMO employs approximately 50 people and generates annual net sales of nearly CHF 10 million (approximately 50.5 million Malaysian Ringgit). DKSH has acquired 100% ownership of the business, with CLMO’s management team joining DKSH’s Business Unit Technology.
CLMO’s operations will primarily enhance DKSH’s Semiconductor & Electronics business line, contributing 75% of CLMO’s net sales, while the remaining 25% will bolster the Scientific Solutions business line. This aligns with DKSH’s strategic focus on strengthening these key growth areas within its Technology unit.
