Flow meter manufacturer AW-Lake Company has achieved ISO 14001:2015 certification, a standard for environmental management systems. The certification highlights the company's commitment to sustainability and ecological responsibility.
AW-Lake's ISO 14001:2015 certification demonstrates its dedication to identifying, monitoring and managing the environmental aspects and impacts of its operations. The company has implemented a range of environmental improvements, including upgrading to LED lighting, transitioning to energy-efficient oils and incorporating UV water treatment technology.


The company also evaluates the effectiveness of its environmental management system through monthly walk-throughs, management reviews and audits. AW-Lake has also established environmental key performance indicators and corrective and preventative action logs.


In addition to its environmental management system, AW-Lake has implemented a range of departmental initiatives to support sustainability. These include proper handling, storage and disposal of chemicals, as well as recycling programs and the use of the correct waste streams.
